Recruitment of Volunteer Groups within the "Clean Future for Armenia's Mountain Rivers" Project

volunteering clean upThe project aims to support the protection of the 5 mountain rivers that feed Lake Sevan by strengthening the capacities of local communities, civil society, and environmental initiatives.

To this end, the "Armenian Association for Humanity and Nature" (FPAN) NGO is recruiting volunteer groups, within the framework of which:

  • Trainings will be conducted for volunteer groups on river ecosystems, waste management, and organizing community initiatives
  • Cleanup actions will be organized in the riverside and water areas included in the project.
  • A competition will be announced: the winning team will receive a surprise gift and the opportunity to participate in COP 2026.

Volunteers will carry out a cleanup action, for which the organization will provide professional training, transportation, lunch, and all necessary tools and equipment.

Experience-exchange activities will be carried out among volunteer groups.

We are expecting volunteer groups of at least 10 participants from the Vayots Dzor and Gegharkunik regions to clean the banks of the 5 rivers feeding Lake Sevan (Gavaraget, Masrik, Argichi, Herher, Arpa).

There is no age limit.
