Within the framework of the FPAN "Rural Tourism Development" program, staff came to the aid of an exhausted lammergeier (bearded vulture).
On February 4, 2025, a citizen reported the case to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia. After establishing contact with us, our specialists promptly responded and rushed to the bird’s location, providing necessary first aid.
The vulture was transferred to the “Endemic and Threatened Species Conservation” Foundation. After receiving proper care and rehabilitation, the bird will be released back into its natural habitat.
